Matte Displays Return to the Apple MacBook Pro

Preferred by photographers and graphic designers alike, Antiglare displays are now available for purchase with Apple’s line of 15-inch MacBook Pros. The $50 option replaces the oversaturated glossy display, and includes a silver bezel around the display, similar to those included on the previous generation of MacBook Pro notebooks. While popular among consumers and many professionals, the glossy display is highly reflective and has a higher saturation than the matte option, making it difficult for imaging professionals to calibrate their displays.
