Apple to Attend CES 2010

Apple has announced that they will attend this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Gary Shapiro, CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association has asked Steve Jobs to serve as the keynote speaker as well. I suppose this marks the official death of the MacWorld Expo in San Francisco.

Update: Ryan Block, a fellow tech journalist whose word I’d trust even over that of the WSJ, says this isn’t likely, and certainly is not confirmed.
